Collection


You can choose to schedule the collection during the purchase. It could be done the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 pm. However, if the order is placed after 12:00 pm, the collection is due from the following day.

Of course! Select the collection during the purchase and choose the most convenient day and time. The package is going to be collected at the given address free of charge.

Yes, the courier has the right to refuse to collect the package in case it is not properly wrapped or it is fully unpacked. Referring to packaging, it is anything that covers what is being sent (e.g. plastic wrap).

An uncollected order enters the status “Suspended”. In this case, request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct weight and size, which must include the packaging.
