Here are answers to some of the most common questions we hear from our customers.

Payment


You can make your payment with either debit/credit card or with the DVA Card. Only American Express is not accepted.

Send an email to info@dvaexpressusa.com if you want to be refunded. Refunds are made within 24 to 48 hours following the invoice date.

As for payments which invoice has not been released yet, the refund is immediately due.

The refund is due to your DVA Card; if you prefer to receive it on your bank account, please explicitly mention it in the e-mail request.

The invoice is released as soon as the payment is approved. You find it in your profile right away.

The DVA Card is a virtual card. You can charge credit either through a bank transfer or a credit card payment. If you have credit on your balance, it is directly credited to your DVA Card for future purchases. Contact us to find out more benefits of the DVA Card.
