There is a designated section in the profile where you can track and follow every step of your shipments.

When a shipment is held, you are asked via email how you would like to proceed: either you inform your recipient that the shipment is available at the nearest DVA point where they can pick it up for free, or you request the Return to origin (RTO) filling a form.
