Here are answers to some of the most common questions we hear from our customers.

Delivery


Delivery time may vary depending on the service you choose. The Ground Service takes between 3 and 5 business days after collection; the Priority Service takes 2 business days after collection; the Next Day Delivery service delivers the day after collection.

The proof of delivery is a paid service to be requested to our agents.

You can make a damage claim under the following conditions:

  • The damaged package was conditionally accepted by the receiver, who signed the delivery;

  • You have photographs that proves the damage;

  • You have an invoice, receipt or any other proof of the value of the damaged good.

Only under these conditions we will be able to carry on your claim, which you can do from your account.

The shipping label is sent via email once the order has been processed.
